Tomato-Mozzarella-Rucola is a colourful variation for tomato mozzarella. Simply place some rucola on a plate and arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on top. Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and you’re done.

Ingredients
1 pack of mozzarella
2 ripe tomatoes
100 g rucola
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Pepper and salt
Slice the mozzarella and the tomatoes.
Wash the rucola and drain very well.
Arrange the rucola, tomato slices and mozzarella on a large plate. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper either briefly as a thick vinaigrette or pour it on separately.
A white wine from Italy goes well with this. You can also serve rosé or an Italian red wine with it. Toast some baguette or focaccia, place it in a bread basket on the table and serve.
