Kir Breton or Kir Brittany, unlike Kir Royal, is made from cider and blackcurrant liqueur. In some recipes you also find Calvados, which in my opinion makes the Kir Breton too strong for an aperitif.
Ingredients
50 ml redcurrant liqueur
200 ml cider
Chill all the drinks well!
Pour the blackcurrant liqueur into a glass and top up with dry cider.
Serve immediately.
