Virgin Mary cocktail made from fresh tomatoes and celery does not require alcohol, unlike the Bloody Mary, and is made from fresh (ripe!) tomatoes and some celery.
Ingredients
2 stalks of celery
200 g tomatoes
50 ml water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 dashes Worcester sauce
2 dashes Tabasco
4 ice cubes
Pepper and salt
Put the ice cubes in a glass.
Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut them into large pieces.
Clean the celery and cut two thirds into large pieces. Put the other third aside for decoration.
Put the tomatoes, celery, water, lemon juice, Worcester sauce and Tabasco in a blender and blend well.
Serve
Season the cocktail with salt and pepper, pour into a chilled glass and serve garnished with a stick of celery.
If you would like an alcoholic cocktail, simply add 4 cl of vodka per glass.
