Tomato-mozzarella on rucola with garlic is a delicious variation on the classic tomato-mozzarella-rucola. Significantly hotter with garlic and some Pul Biber.

Ingredients
1 pack of mozzarella
2 ripe tomatoes
100 g arugula
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp pul beaver
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
pepper and salt
Slice the mozzarella, garlic and tomatoes.
Wash and drain the arugula very well.
Arrange the arugula, tomato slices and mozzarella on a large plate.
Mix the garlic slices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper either briefly to form a thick vinaigrette or pour over them individually.
Sprinkle some Pul Biber on top.
