Neck steaks from the charcoal grill with potato salad, simple and delicious. You have a free choice of potato salad. For example, a Rhenish potato salad, a Swabian potato salad or you can choose one from my collection which is the best potato salad.
Ingredients
4 pork necks
Jerk-Rasta Rub or any other of your choice
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
Rub the pork neck steaks the day before with the rub of your choice and leave them overnight with onion rings and garlic slices.
The next day, prepare the swivel grill, or another grill, and let the coals glow well.
Grill the neck steaks on both sides until crispy brown.
Then hang the grate higher and sprinkle some beech flour on the embers. While the neck steaks are cooking in the beech smoke for 10 minutes, they still get a little smoky flavour.
Serve
A potato salad goes very well with the neck steak, as does beer and a good mustard.
