Lahmacun with salad and cheese today in the open form. Of course, you can also roll them up in the traditional way. At home, we often eat them open so that more toppings fit on them. We topped them with shaved cheese, romaine lettuce, cucumber and onions.

The dough
This time we bought it at TGHdV (your favourite Turkish vegetable shop). You can find a recipe for the dough under Turkish Pizza.

The topping
per person
2 leaves
romaine lettuce
sliced onion rings
thin slices of cucumber
chopped parsley
shaved cheese
Pul beaver
Simply top the lahmacun fresh from the oven with lettuce, cucumber, cheese and onion, sprinkle some pul beaver and chopped parsley on top and enjoy.
