Tortellini with onion sauce, a random dish. I still had some Öllischzupp (onion soup) left over from the day before and wanted to prepare a quick dish for lunch.
You take
1 pack of tortellini (approx. 200g per person)
150 ml Öllischzupp (onion soup)
optional: chives or parsley
optional: some Parmesan)
salt and pepper
Heat the onion soup in a saucepan and add the tortellini. Simmer gently for about 5 to 8 minutes with the lid closed. Do not bring to the boil.
Season with salt and pepper. Optionally sprinkle some grated Parmesan on top.
Chop the chives or parsley and sprinkle on top.
Serve
Pour into a warmed soup plate and serve immediately.
