Tiramisu Tapas

Tiramisu Tapas is the small version of the Tiramisu

Tiramisu Tapas is the small version of the Tiramisu, which does not differ in its preparation. Only instead of a bowl, you use small glasses in which you layer the ladyfingers and the cream.

Ingredients

(for 6 people)

500 g mascarpone
6 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar
40 lady fingers
2 cups of unsweetened strong coffee or espresso
2 tablespoons Marsala
Cocoa powder

Separate the eggs and beat the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy. Stir in the mascarpone, mixing well.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into the cream.
In a bowl, mix the cooled coffee with the Marsala and briefly dip the ladyfingers in it. Not too long, otherwise they will become too soft.
Place the ladyfingers in small glasses and cover with half of the mascarpone mixture. Then layer the rest of the ladyfingers on top and spread the rest of the mascarpone mixture on top.
Chill for at least 3 hours (better overnight).

Serve

Sprinkle the Tiramisu Tapas with cocoa powder through a sieve before serving.
