In the light cocktail sauce, unlike the cocktail sauce, I replace the mayonnaise with sour cream. You can serve the sauce with salad, scampi or barbecue.
Ingredients
2 cl sherry
4 tbsp sour cream
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
4 drops Tabasco
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
Mix everything together well and squeeze in the garlic clove. If you like, add a few drops of olive oil.
Serve
Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving the cocktail sauce.
