Gin with blue ice cubes. The blue ice cubes are made from blue tea.
Ingredients
4 cl gin
Blue ice cubes
Pour the gin into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake well. Pour into a chilled glass with blue ice cubes and serve.
If you now add a squeeze of lemon and some tonic water, the colour changes to purple.
