Tomato mozzarella with pomegranate syrup and avocado oil is a delicious variation on the classic tomato mozzarella rucola. With pomegranate syrup and balsamic vinegar, a sweet and sour accompaniment to the tomatoes.

Ingredients
1 pck mozzarella
2 ripe tomatoes
100 g rucola
Pomegranate syrup
Balsamic vinegar
Avocado oil
Pepper and salt
Slice the mozzarella, garlic and tomatoes.
Wash the rocket and drain very well.
Arrange the rucola, tomato slices and mozzarella on a large plate.
Pour the avocado oil, pomegranate syrup and balsamic vinegar on top, as well as salt and pepper.
If you have pomegranate seeds, you can sprinkle them decoratively on top now.
