Sjögräsnudlar with parmesan sauce and sausage. The dish is filling, but the sausage is lost in flavour next to the Parmesan sauce. Maybe I should use salsiccia next time.
For the sausage, I used the Bratwurstkrabbe.
Ingredients
per person
80 ml Parmesan sauce
150 g sjögräsnudlar
1 sausage (Bratwurstkrab)
1/2 onion
Pepper and salt
Cook the Sjögräsnudlar according to the packet instructions, drain.
Fry or grill the sausage. Peel the onion, cut into rings and fry as well.
Add the Parmesan sauce to the pasta and simmer on low heat for another 4-5 min.
Serve
Arrange on warmed plates and garnish with the onions and serve immediately.
