Chicken fillets as finger food. Simply fry them on a plate and serve with one or two delicious dips. You can enjoy the chicken fillets hot, lukewarm or cold. Visually, it also looks very appealing as an appetiser served in the middle of the table.
Ingredients
16 chicken fillets or 4 chicken breasts
Olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika powder
1/2 tsp curry
Pepper and salt
Cut the chicken breast into strips about the thickness of a finger, lengthwise to the fibre. You don’t need to cut the chicken fillets any more, but at most parry them a little.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips until crispy on all sides.
Only after frying, season with salt and paprika powder and a little curry.
Arrange and serve
Arrange in a circle on a warmed plate. You can also place a small bowl of dip in the middle of the plate. Serve immediately. Serve with Sweet Chilli BBQ sauce or kebab sauce.
