Gyros plate with French fries and coleslaw

Gyros plate with french fries and coleslaw, the classic from the snack bar. The difference to the kebab plate is marginal in my view. You can also call it a kebab plate with fries, coleslaw and tzatziki.

Ingredients

Gyros meat

200 g lamb, veal or poultry
1 red onion
Pul beaver
2 tbsp olive oil
Spices (oregano, savory, paprika, thyme)
Salt and pepper

Garnishes

1/2 cucumber
2 tomatoes
Tzatziki
Doner sauce (even if it is gyros)
Coleslaw
French fries

Cut the lamb into thin strips, season and leave to marinate for 4 hours. Sear on all sides in a pan with a little oil.

Serve the gyros plate with French fries and coleslaw

Arrange the gyros meat on a warmed plate, place the onion rings on top and add frenchfries, tzatziki and cole slaw.
