Batida de Coco with passion fruit juice brings back memories of the 80s. Along with Blue Curacao, Batida de Coco was one of the mixed drinks I can remember with a heavy head and haven’t drunk since. As the Easter Bunny would have it, a bottle of it was placed in my basket.
The first one I try is the Batida de Coco with passion fruit juice.
Ingredients
2 glasses
50 ml Batida de Coco
100 ml passion fruit juice
Ice cubes
The drinks must be well chilled beforehand.
Mix both in a glass with 2-3 ice cubes and serve cold with a straw.
I’ll put some 80’s records on the turntable.
