Pul Biber is a Turkish paprika spice mixture consisting of paprika, chilli flakes, salt and other spices depending on the origin. It is used both in the kitchen and as a table spice for seasoning.
It is mild to slightly hot. Pul beaver is often used for meat dishes and also lahmacun, menemen and baked fish.
